Glory Unbeaten at Home, Sydney FC Unbeaten Away
Glory have won three and drawn one from their four home fixtures this season, but they haven’t put any teams to the sword. In their last home game, against Melbourne City, Christopher Ikonomidis scored in the first half and Glory held on in the second after the visitors were reduced to 10 men. In the home match prior to that, Central Coast had a man sent off in the 93th minute and Ikonomidis scored in the 95th to give Glory a 3-2 win and spare them embarrassment against the league’s worst team.

Sydney FC have been better away than at home. In their last four away games, they’ve beaten Melbourne City 3-0, drawn 1-1 with Newcastle Jets, and beaten Central Coast 2-1 and Wanderers 3-1. What all this tells us is Sydney FC are in with a fighting chance and there’ll be goals aplenty. Bet365 is offering 2.70 for Sydney FC to beat Glory and 1.55 for Sydney FC or a draw. Palmerbet is offering 5.00 for Sydney FC to win and both teams to score.
Good Value to be Found in Goalscoring Markets
Sydney’s Adam Le Fondre has scored six goals this season, putting him equal first in the A-League with Brisbane’s Adam Taggart. Le Fondre or teammate Alex Brosque have scored in all bar one of Sydney’s games this season. For Glory, Ikonomidis or Andy Keogh have also scored in all bar one game.
Neds is paying 2.30 for Le Fondre to score and 3.50 for Brosque to score. For Perth, it’s offering 2.50 for a Keogh goal and 3.50 for an Ikonomidis goal.
