On Thursday, minor premiers the Hobart Hurricanes host the Melbourne Stars in the first semi at Hobart’s Blundstone Arena. Hurricanes, Stars Looking to Make History

The Hurricanes and Stars are both still searching for their first title. The best either of these sides could manage in the first seven BBL campaigns was a losing grand final: the Hurricanes last season and the Stars in 2015/16.
