1. The Offer applies only to the first wager placed over the Internet or m.sportsbet.com.au and applies only to the final field for the Perth Cup. A member is eligible to receive only 1 refund per race
2. The offer only applies to your first bet on the race.
3. Free Bets placed are ineligible for the Offer. Multibets are excluded from this offer.
4. The bet must be placed before the race, live bets are inelgible for the offer.
5. Any megabets placed on this race are ineligible for the Offer.
6. For the offer to be valid, your horse must run 2nd in The Perth Cup according to the official results.
7. The money back special provided will match the member’s Stake – to a maximum of $100 per race.
8. All eligible bets will have their stake credited within 24 hours of the race completion and members will be sent an email notification of the stake being refunded
9. If your horse is promoted from 2nd, or 3rd to 1st via a protest, bets will not be refunded as the horse will be paid as a winner
