Reduce Your Risk On The Railway Stakes With Luxbet

The Railway Stakes is the feature race at Ascot on Saturday and Luxbet offer a bonus bet if your horse runs 1st 2nd or 3rd.

The Group 1 Railway Stakes is one of the highlights of Super Saturday from Ascot and Australian bookie Luxbet are marking the occasion with a fantastic bonus offer for the 1600m race.

You don’t even have to back the winner to pick up the bonus, as long as your horse is one of the first 3 past the post, Luxbet will match your stake up to $100 with a bonus bet. Luxbet’s offer applies to your first real money Fixed Odds WIN bet on the Railway Stakes only, once the day of the race market is live. Any Feature, Multis or Bonus Bets used on the Railway Stakes will not qualify for the bonus.

Railway Stakes Contenders

Having spectacularly flopped in the Stradbroke Handicap, Black Heart Bart has been rejuvinated this term and backed up some previous course form to win his last 2 starts at Ascot. The Blackfriars gelding took the Group 3 Northerly Stakes from Wink And a Nod by the tightest of margins and had Magnifisio a neck behind in the Group 2 Waroa-Lee Streere Stakes last time out. Those wins were both over 1400 and Vaughn Sigley’s 5-year-old has been well backed to make the step up in trip and land that elusive first Group 1.

Delicacy made a winning debut over track and trip 12 months ago and is no stranger to running over further, so it would be no surprise to see the Grant Williams-trained 4-year-old win here after finishing less than a length behind the market leader in the Waroa-Lee Streere Stakes.

Real Love will be a week fresher than the aforementioned duo and will be having his first try at 1600m, though has ran further, so stamina should not be a concern. Adam Durrant’s charge clearly loves it at Ascot and bounced back from a couple of poor efforts at Caulfield to land the Group 3 Starlight-Asian Beau Stakes at his favoured venue at the end of last month.

Turn Me Loose will of course be a big player if taking part after landing a hat-trick with success in the Group 1 Emirates Stakes, though a busy schedule may have taken it’s toll. Bow Creek has plenty to find on Emirates running, but had gone close with Turn Me Loose in the Group 2 Crystal Mile, so can’t be easily ruled out either.

Disposition has twice finished a runner-up at Ascot and was on song in the Group 3 Guvera Stakes before finishing mid-division behind Turn Me Loose at Flemington, while Magic Artist was fourth in that race having filled the same place a week earlier in the Group 1 Mackinnon Stakes.

It’s into double-figure odds about the remainder of the field and remember, whichever runner you settle on, use Luxbet for your Railway Stakes bet to pick up a bonus if your horse runs 1st 2nd or 3rd.
