Brisbane Broncos play host to the Parramatta Eels at the Suncorp Stadium on Thursday evening, with the Broncos looking to hang onto second spot whilst the Eels seek the victory that would push them into the top four and draw them level on points with Broncos going into the final round of matches in the regular campaign.
The Broncos saw off St. George-Illawarra Dragons 24-12 last week, securing a third straight win and a fifth victory in six matches in the process. Their one blemish on that record was a 28-14 defeat against Thursday’s opponents at the ANZ Stadium at the end of July.
