Round 14 Refundable AFL Matches

Thursday Night, July 2 – Sydney v Port Adelaide

Friday Night, July 3 – Collingwood v Hawthorn

Saturday Night, July 4 – Western Bulldogs v Carlton

Saturday Night, July 4 – Melbourne v West Coast

Swans Play Power

Sydney lost by exactly 18 points to the Tigers last Friday night. The Swans were stunned in the second half after leading by more than 5 goals at the main break. They’re around $1.50 favourites with William Hill to bounce back against an out of sorts Port Adelaide at the SCG. The Power should be full of energy however after a weekend off. The South Australian though are $2.60 outsiders to hand the Swans successive losses in Sydney.

Hawks Hunting 5 Straight Wins Against Collingwood

Collingwood came close to upsetting Fremantle in Perth last round but were another side to lose by less than 19 points, in round 13. The Pies face another tough test this Friday night when they take on the high flying Hawks. Hawthorn have hit form, and are aiming for a fifth straight win. They’re under $1.30 to do so while the Magpies are around $3.80 to triumph at the MCG.

Bulldogs Battle Blues

Western Bulldogs were involved in another match decided by under 19 points last weekend. The Dogs beat St Kilda by a kick to move back into the top 8. They’re unbeaten since their bye and are also about $1.50 favourites in round 14. But they face a Carlton club who’ve grown in confidence after back to back wins themselves. Can the Blues beat the Bulldogs at a juicy price of around $2.60?

Eagles take on the Dees in Darwin

West Coast are the shortest priced favourites for the night games at under $1.25 to beat the Demons. Both clubs are coming off the bye but Melbourne’s match before their break was an upset victory over Geelong. The High Flying Eagles will be wary of the Dees in an encounter which will be played in Darwin. Melbourne are over $4 to pull off another surprise.
