Get Best Prices On Snooker Masters Selections At Sportingbet

The 2014 Snooker Masters begins at the Alexandra Palace this weekend and, regardless of who you're backing to win, Sportingbet prices will give you more for your money than most other online bookmakers.

Snooker enters 2014 with traditional curtain-raiser The Masters, which gets underway in London this weekend.

Despite not being a ranking event, the competition is still one of the most prestigious in Snooker – as it makes up part of the sport’s “Triple Crown” (along with the UK and World Championships.)

And it won’t just be the players upping their game to beat the competition – as Sportingbet have pulled out the best Outright prices for yet another sporting competition.

Usually contested by the Top 16, special dispensation has been given for current number 24 Ronnie O’Sullivan to take part – after winning his fifth World Championship last April. And Sportingbet have priced him straight in as 11/4 to make it five Masters titles too – as he begins with a match against 14th-seed Robert Milkins.

Defending champion Mark Selby beats O’Sullivan into top spot in the seedings, but Sportingbet have him priced at 11/2 to take another Masters crown. The three-time champion opens this year’s competition at the Alexandra Palace against lowest seed Mark Davis.

Australia’s Neil Robertson – the current World number one – is also priced at 11/2 and he will be looking to add to his 2012 triumph. Robertson begins his Masters journey with a tricky tie against the enigmatic Mark Allen.

Winner of three ranking events already this season, 2011 champion Ding Junhui is next priced at 13/2. However, he is pitted against 2005 World Champion Shaun Murphy in the First Round, who will be desperate to get back into form following a poor start to the season.
