3. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be considered. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be disregarded.
4. The decision of the Promoter in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every Entrant. The Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result of the Promotion.
5. The Promotion is open to all residents of QLD only who are 18 years and over.
6. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and all companies and agencies associated with this promotion are prohibited from entering the Promotion.
7. The Promotion commences on Wednesday 13 May 2015 and closes at 5.30pm AEST on Saturday 30 May (“The Promotion Period”).
8. To go in the draw to win the Prize, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period;
a. Have an existing William Hill Australia Betting Account in the Entrant’s name, and
b. Place a valid and accepted single bet (excluding multi-bets and/or bets placed with bonus bets) through the account specified at (a) above using our website at https://www.williamhill.com.au/ or mobile apps (excluding the Click to Call function) on the Broncos on any head to head market offered on any of the following games;
i. Brisbane Broncos v North Queensland Cowboys on 15 May 2015 at 7.35pm, or

9. One (1) winning entry, which complies with the requirements set out in these terms and conditions, will be drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period on Monday 1 June 2015 at 10.00am AEST at the Promoter’s office.
10. The Entrant whose entry is drawn from the pool of valid entries (the “Winner”) will be awarded the Prize, which consists of:
a. A corporate box ticket in the William Hill suite at Suncorp Stadium for each of the Winner and his/her three (3) guests (“Guests”) to the match between the Brisbane Broncos and the Manly Sea Eagles on Friday 5 June 2015 commencing at 7.35pm AEST at Suncorp Stadium;
b. Before the game identified at clause 10(a) above;
i. A visit to the Brisbane Broncos change room before the game and the opportunity to watch players run onto the pitch from the playing field, and
ii. A meet and greet with a past Broncos champion and current Broncos player from 2015 squad.
This component of the prize is subject to change and is at the discretion of Brisbane Broncos management.
c. A corporate ticket for each of the Winner and the Guests to Stradbroke Handicap Day on Saturday 6 June 2015 at Doomben Racecourse;
d. Return economy class airfares to Brisbane for the Winner and the Guests if they reside outside Brisbane to facilitate their attendance at the event components of the prize identified at clause 10(a), (b) and (c);
e. One (1) Brisbane Broncos prize pack for each of the Winner and the Guests including a signed Broncos jersey, cap, polo shirt and football;
f. Twin share accommodation at Gambaro Hotel in Brisbane for two (2) nights (Friday 5 June and Saturday 6 June) for the Winner and the Guests;
g. A betting voucher to the value of two hundred dollars ($200 AUD) for the Winner only;
h. VIP transfers for the Winner and the Guests in a private car from;
i. Brisbane Airport to the accommodation on Friday 5 June (if eligible for the flights component of the Prize);
ii. The accommodation to Doomben Racecourse on Saturday 6 June;
iii. Doomben Racecourse to the accommodation on Saturday 6 June; and
iv. The accommodation to Brisbane Airport on Sunday 7 June (if eligible for the flights component of the Prize).
11. There is one (1) Prize identified at clause 10 above valued at up to $8000 AUD RRP.
12. In order to be valid and accepted, entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Bets placed as a condition of entry are deemed to be accepted by the Promoter via its internet server and computer systems in the Northern Territory at the time nominated for acceptance of wagers at Rule 33 of the William Hill Betting Rules as listed on the Promoter’s website identified at clause 8(b).
13. Bets must be placed via our website, WH.mobi series and mobile apps (iPhone and Android) only as a condition of entry into the draw. Bets placed via telephone (including via the Click to Call function) are excluded from this Promotion.
14. Entries are not available where a bet is placed on a head to head market identified at clause 8(b) as part of a multi bet. Single bets only are eligible as entries into the Promotion.
15. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person on each betting account held with the Promoter across all IP addresses, household addresses, email addresses and devices. Only the first single bet placed on a head to head market in the Promotion Period will be counted as an entry. Any entries in excess of one (1) entry per person per IP address, household address, email address or device will be not be included in the draw. Any Entrant found using multiple accounts to enter more than once will be disqualified.
16. Use of the betting voucher that forms a component of the Prize is regulated by the William Hill Betting Rules on Bonus Bets and Promotions. Initial bets placed with the betting voucher and any proceeds from winning bets must be turned over at least once (X1) at odds of $1.50 or greater, before funds can be withdrawn.
17. The Winner will be notified by the contact email and phone number nominated for their betting account with the Promoter within twenty-four (24) hours of the conclusion of the draw. Further correspondence about the collection and use of the Prize will be conducted via email and telephone. All Entrants are deemed to have consented to the Promoter’s use of their personal information for this purpose.
18. The Winner must provide the full names of their Guests within three (3) days (72 hours) of being notified that they have won the competition. The nominated Guests must participate in all components of the Prize. Individual components of the prize are not divisible between more than three (3) Guests. All Guests must be aged eighteen (18) years or over to participate in any component of the prize.
19. In the event that a Winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days (72 hours) of the conclusion of the Promotion Period, all right to claim any or all components of the Prize will be considered void, and a new winner will be determined from the remaining entries in accordance with clause 9.
20. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
21. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant whom the Promoter believes has tampered with the entry process or has engaged in conduct in relation to the Promotion that the Promoter believes to be fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.
22. Unless otherwise stated in these terms, all costs and expenses associated with participating in the Promotion and receiving the Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner and the Guests, including, but not limited to; additional taxes, transfers, travel insurance, spending money, meals, and all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by the Winner and his or her Guests as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Prize.
23. If eligible for the flights component of the Prize outlined at clause 10(d), the Winner and his or her Guests must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prize.
24. The itinerary of the Prize is to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Winner may be required to present a credit card at the time of accommodation check in. Accommodation selection, location, room type, air carrier selection, flight routing and private car hire is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
25. The Prize is subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisations hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any Winner or Guest for any behaviour that the Promoter believes is inappropriate, offensive or dangerous, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize.
26. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees.”)
27. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to;
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c. any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d. any tax liability incurred by a Winner, Entrant or Guest;
e. the use of the Prize;
f. any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
g. where either of the events listed at clause 10(a) and (b) are postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
28. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the Winner and Guests may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
29. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical failure or other error that results in the inability of the Promoter to contact the Winner.
30. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable, and its separate parts are not severable. No compensation is payable if the Winner or any of his or her Guests cannot accept the Prize or any portion of the Prize for any reason.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend the Promotion, or alter the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time.
32. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law
a. to disqualify any Entrant; or
b. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate.
33. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of the age, identity, residential address of the Winner and Guests any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. The award of the Prize is conditional upon the verification of this information by the Promoter.
34. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
35. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Entrant and the Promoter.
