Only TopBetta Pty Ltd (“TopBetta”) members (“Member/s”) are eligible to participate in the promotion.
Non-Members are required to register with TopBetta to participate in this promotion.
Members must be over 18 years of age.
Promotion only applies to the first Saturday you bet with TopBetta. If you have previously placed a bet with TopBetta you are not eligible for this promotion.
Regardless of the number of accounts held by a Member, a Member may only enter the Promotion once.
Maximum $100 refund per bet.
The maximum rebate per account is $1,000.
Rebates will be paid as Bonus Bet credits.
At the end of your first Saturday betting with TopBetta, they will calculate the Member’s net position on all Win, Place and Each-Way Bets made on that Saturday. If the position is negative, TopBetta will credit the Member’s account with bonus bet credits to the net position up to a maximum of $1.000. For example: if your account balance was $800 at the start of the Saturday and ends at $150 at the end of the Saturday then Topbetta will refund you $650 in bonus bet credits. However, if your account balance was $900 at the end of the day your refund would be $0.
Your losses will be added to your account balance as Bonus Bet Credits not later than close of business the following business day and must be used within one week (14 days). At the end of the 14 days the Promotional Credit will expire and will be removed from Members’ accounts.
No Lose Saturday Promotion Credit must be turned over (that is, wagered across eligible markets) and;
Any winnings accrued from the No Lose Saturday Promotion Credit must be turned over (that is, wagered in a single bet or multiple bets) at least once (x1) at odds of:
$1.50 or greater per $1 bet for the Promotion on any market eligible for a Promotion Credit; and
Any credit not been turned-over with 14 days of being credited will expire and will be removed from your account
If the bets placed with the No Lose Saturday Promotion Credit returns a winning dividend, the winnings minus the No Lose Saturday Promotion Credit stake will be credited to yourTopBetta account.
The Bonus Bet offer is intended for bona fide Members, that is, those Members who act at all times in good faith, sincere, without fraud, who place bets with TopBetta for the purpose of recreation and entertainment.
Professional gamblers or other gamblers considered by TopBetta management (hereafter referred to as “Management”) to be abusing the Bonus Bets may have their right to participate in the Promotion revoked
